Single Serve Mac and Cheese

Introducing… our 15 minute, single serve Mac and Cheese.

No waiting around for the oven, minimal mess and no need to eat Mac and cheese four nights in a row (but no judgement if you do, we applaud you).

Homewrecker does all the heavy lifting in this recipe, bringing the flavour and kick to the easiest M&C recipe around.

Ingredients

  •  90g macaroni

  •  15g butter

  •  15g flour

  •  200ml milk

  •  100g Homewrecker

  •  15g panko breadcrumbs

  •  Chilli crisp (optional)

Method

  1. Boil your macaroni as per the packet instructions in salted water.

  2. Once cooked, drain the macaroni and put the pan back on the heat.

  3. Melt the butter in the pan, then add the flour and whisk.

  4. Gradually add the milk into the pan, whisking continually until you’ve added all the milk and the sauce has thickened.

  5. Add the Homewrecker and fold it into the sauce

  6. Add in your cooked macaroni and stir together.

  7. Tip into an ovenproof dish and top with panko breadcrumbs

  8. Get your grill on high and, once preheated, get your Mac and Cheese under there.

  9. Grill until browned, top with some chilli crisp (optional but DELICIOUS) and tuck in!
