Single Serve Loaded Tots
No tots? No problem!
Tater tots can be tricky to find in the UK, but we’ve got a clever little hack that’ll have you tot-ally thrilled.
Ingredients
4 frozen hash browns
Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
2 tbsp sriracha mayo
2 rashers streaky bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Method
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan).
Let the hash browns sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften slightly. Then, chop them into bite-sized tot shapes.
Arrange them on a baking tray and cook as per the packet instructions, until crispy and golden.
Pile them into an ovenproof dish and top generously with Homewrecker Pimento Cheese.
Pop under the grill for 2–3 minutes until melty and bubbling.
Drizzle with sriracha mayo, then sprinkle over the crispy bacon and spring onions.
Dig in and enjoy the easiest, most indulgent single-serve supper!
