PIMENTO CHEESE MASH
Ingredients:
Serves 4
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 heaped tablespoons of Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
100ml milk
50ml double cream
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover them with water. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, cream, milk, and Homewrecker Pimento Cheese to the pot and mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve your Pimento Cheese Mash alongside your Thanksgiving feast, Christmas dinner or Sunday roast!
