Homewrecker Cauli Cheese
Ingredients:

1 whole cauliflower, broken into florets
4tbsp flour
75g butter
400ml milk
200ml double cream
200g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
100g cheddar
Panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat your oven to 200°C
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the cauliflower florets. Blanch for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
In an ovenproof dish, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until a thick paste forms.
Gradually pour in the milk and cream, whisking constantly, until a smooth sauce forms.
Stir in the Homewrecker until melted and well combined.
Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the blanched cauliflower to the sauce and stir to coat.
Top with grated cheddar and a generous sprinkle of panko breadcrumbs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
Serve hot and enjoy!
