Pimento Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers
Ingredients:
Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
1 bag of baby sweet peppers
Method
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse and dry the baby sweet peppers, then cut off the tops and remove any seeds or membranes.
Stuff each pepper with Homewrecker Pimento Cheese and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Optional: garnish with chopped fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
