Ingredients:

  • Homewrecker Pimento Cheese

  • 1 bag of baby sweet peppers

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 

  2. Rinse and dry the baby sweet peppers, then cut off the tops and remove any seeds or membranes. 

  3. Stuff each pepper with Homewrecker Pimento Cheese and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased. 

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden. 

  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
