homewrecker pimento cheese fondue
Ingredients:
200ml dry white wine
Squeeze of lemon juice
200g grated gruyere
200g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
2 tsp cornflour
Things to dip of your choice! We had crusty bread, potatoes, pepper, cucumber and grapes.
Method
Add wine and lemon juice to a pan and put over medium heat until simmering.
Add your Homewrecker Pimento Cheese and Gruyere in stages, whisking to incorporate in between.
Add 1 tbsp of water (or Kirsch if you’re feeling fancy) to the cornflour to make a slurry.
Add to the cheese mixture and continue to cook over a medium heat until thickened.
Get a group of friends together and serve with the sides!
