CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUT & PIMENTO CHEESE GRATIN
Ingredients:
Serves 4
500g brussels sprouts, halved
200g Smoked Streaky Bacon
60ml double cream
Homewrecker Pimento Cheese (measure with your heart)
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Add the sprouts to an oven safe dish, drizzle with oil and roast for 30 mins until crispy and browned.
2. Meanwhile, fry off the streaky bacon.
3. Take the sprouts out of the oven and add the cream, Homewrecker, garlic and bacon. Stir until combined.
4. Top with Parmesan and Panko and bake for 15 more minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!
