CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUT & PIMENTO CHEESE GRATIN

Is a thanksgiving meal complete without a heap of sprouts? We don’t think so…

Sprouts have got a bad reputation and we just think they’re a lil misunderstood (can relate 👀).

The sprout isn’t anything to be afraid of - y’all just need to know how to treat them right (can also relate)…

Ingredients:

Serves 4

  • 500g brussels sprouts, halved

  • 200g Smoked Streaky Bacon

  • 60ml double cream

  • Homewrecker Pimento Cheese (measure with your heart)

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste

    Method

    1. Add the sprouts to an oven safe dish, drizzle with oil and roast for 30 mins until crispy and browned.


    2. Meanwhile, fry off the streaky bacon.


    3. Take the sprouts out of the oven and add the cream, Homewrecker, garlic and bacon. Stir until combined.


    4. Top with Parmesan and Panko and bake for 15 more minutes.


    5. Serve and enjoy!
