Homewrecker Breakfast Casserole

This hearty dish combines savoury sausage, fluffy eggs, and rich Homewrecker Pimento Cheese, all layered with brioche rolls.

Ingredients:
Serves 4
100g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
8 large eggs
60ml whole milk or single cream
400g sausage meat (or sausages squeezed out of the casing)
6 brioche rolls
Maple syrup
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C and add a few pads of butter to the casserole dish. Let the butter melt in the oven.
Prepare the Brioche: Tear up the brioche rolls and layer them in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, brown the sausage meat with a couple of tablespoons of maple syrup. Add the Homewrecker Pimento Cheese to the sausage, and let it melt in.
Layer the Casserole: Pour the sausage and cheese mix over the brioche in the dish.
Whisk Eggs and Milk: Whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour over the sausage and bread.
Add Optional Cheese: Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar on top, if you're in the mood for extra cheesiness.
Bake: Pop the dish in the oven for about 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy: Slice it up and serve for a warm, comforting breakfast.
